Matthew This is my second purchase of Shiatsu brand foot massager so I DO like it. My first massager was a gift from several years ago and I must admit the newer version is a bit heavier and more complicated instructions. But this model also has more features. I have recommended this to two friends who purchased and like the massager.

Jonathan Horrible, has hard balls on the bottom that grind on the bottoms of your feet and is very painful and hurts. The balls should be bigger not tiny little ones that hurt.
