I used this product a couple times at my sister and loved it. I'm in constant pain all the time, so having the XL pad is amazing. Plus it doesnt take long for it to warm up and the option to have it stay on longer than a couple hours is great. So when I had the option to order one I did.
Stiffer than the other ones I've purchased that my dog chewed, but even she didn't like this one. Will return slow to warm and not soft and cuddly or easily folded around my feet
This is a lovely heating pad until it isn't! I've bought two, and they've both failed within a few months. Once you see the error fail letter on your control panel, there's nothing you can do about it. There must be an electric part that consistently fails. Won't buy it again unless they fix that problem.
It is fine
Fine for me but unreliable heating.. it comes on then cools off and you have to reset.. I dont mind to much because I dont need that much heat but people should know.. also the item is made in China though the company is supposedly american
